  On 9-11-17 Krestmark, Dallas, TX (Headwaters Windows LLC) came to replace the striping around the windows as warranty work on the windows purchased through Tri-Suppy by my builder. The two male employees broke two windows and repaired nothing. I was told they would order replacement windows and have them in two weeks. Nothing happened. On 12-12-17 Krestmark arrived at 9:00 to replace windows. Within minutes, employees stated they needed to go to Wal-Mart to get something. They left and upon returning walked into my home without knocking. Later they asked to borrow a ladder. They forgot to bring one. At 2:00, I asked when they planned on replacing the broken windows. The employee stated he didn't have windows to fit the two he broke in September and by the way he broke another window. I asked them to leave. It was apparent they were not prepared to do anything. As I was putting the ladder away, I noticed all my windows were UNLOCKED, including windows they did not need to work on. This on top of them wondering through the house and outside of the house left me with a more than uneasy feeling. We called the window rep from Tri-Supply to come over at once. He stated he would have the windows in seven days. It has been 10 days and no windows. The windows are cracking more. One window, both window panes are cracked. One star is too generous.
