  Sales representative was rude in answering questions, pointing to his name tag to say he is only a sales representative. I informed him that I was interested in a preowned phone and as soon as he heard that he kept stating he could not do anything to help me including looking up if there were any device credits available. He kept telling me to call customer service. I informed him that I previously came to that location and another sales representative found and applied the promotional credit to my account. This location needs some customer service training.
