  In House has the worst technicians I have ever experienced. I was horrified how useless the technician was in helping me fix my problem with my In House system. On top of that, the help service was ridiculously slow. After being on hold with the rude receptionist for 20 minutes, It took over an HOUR for the technician call me, and he was unable to fix my problem. If you are trying to find a home security system for your home, I suggest you choose a different company to work with, someone who will help you when you need help.

  I have been working with Nathan from InHouse for a while now. He is knowledgeable and responsive. He has gone above and beyond to help me with my project.The technicians that have installed my wiring have done superb work. The prices are phenomenal given the quality of work done. I highly recommend working with InHouse, particularly Nathan. ***Update*** Now that the project is complete, I can say without reservation that InHouse provided some of the best service and product that I have had in Temple/Belton. I could not be happier with my system. As mentioned earlier, everyone at InHouse, including the technicians that I worked with, was awesome/professional. Definitely recommended!
